Suman is our go-to expert on all conveyancing issues and, also proactively provides welcome input into our associated businesses..... Suman is Head of Conveyancing and has over 25 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. Her teams handle referrals from some of the firms' largest work providers and banking institutions, and specialise in dealing with all types of residential conveyancing matters including the sale and purchase of houses, flats, new build homes, part exchange, relocation work, shared ownership, Help to Buy, unregistered land, transfers of equity and re-mortgage work.

In 2011, the firm became the largest law firm accredited with the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme and continues to be re-accredited annually. Her teams complete in the region of 10000 transactions a year.

She joined Shoosmiths in 1999 and became a partner in 2005. Additionally, she was appointed joint head of Shoosmiths' Northampton office in 2021.
